Make A Withdrawal
A withdrawal (“check request”) results
in the sale of shares of the Fund. Call or email
Mark Thomas (337) 993-3613 or HCM@HCM3.com before 2:00 pm Central Time for a check to be mailed the following business day.
CHECK REQUEST TIME LINE: If a shareholder calls before 2:00 CT to request a check, Mark will instruct Fund Services to sell the appropriate number of shares of the Fund. This sale will settle the following market day and Fund Services will send the check that same day via postal mail (or electronic funds transfer if the appropriate form has been executed in advance). The check should arrive at the address of record in 3 business days (not counting holidays and weekends). If Mark is immediately unavailable, the shareholder can call toll free (866) 579-4HCM to initiate the same process with Fund Services. If the check request is received after the market is closed, the process will begin the following market day. NOTE: The soonest a shareholder will receive a check from his/her account is approximately 4 business days but it may be as many as 7 business days during seasons of heavy postal mail.
Each check request results in a taxable event. There will either be a realized gain or a realized loss on each check request from a taxable account.
All check requests > $100,000 must be signature guaranteed as per the prospectus.
